Dougal began in 2018, hand-built during spare time by Andy a co-owner and manager of a local plumbing company. Because it was shaped for the daily needs of a real trades business it stayed simple and useful whilst practical.

In 2024, Dougal became its own company and available to anyone. Since then Andy has stepped away from the trades and Dougal has now logged thousands of real jobs and continues to rapidly grow.

Dougal is perfect for a single owner out on the road all day with only small windows for paperwork in the evening.

It also works perfect for full time admin staff who use it all throughout the day at a computer.

Everything can be done via the mobile or desktop.

Dougal was built flexible to suit you, rather than forcing you to learn and work a particular rigid way.
